Cask Marque Masterclasses
The Cask Marque Masterclasses are a suite of one-to-one cellar and bar training sessions for licensees and their staff. Each masterclass focuses on a specific element of cellar or bar management, ensuring attendees have a full understanding of the best practices and procedures to guarantee good quality beer.
The Masterclasses are designed to be delivered in your own site. After booking, a qualified assessor/trainer will contact you to make an appointment to visit at a time and date convenient to you.
A single Masterclass can be booked, or you may decide to book a few classes to run concurrently on the same day. Cask Marque can tailor the training to your requirements.
In addition to expert tutoring and hands-on training, the assessor will carry out a full bar and cellar hygiene audit with you, benchmarking you against the industry and leave an advisory action plan. Outlets will also receive the Cask Marque Cellar Management manual and a Certificate of Attendance.
The Masterclasses are recommended for anyone new to the industry, or licensees who want a refresher course on cellar and bar practices.
The classes are a great opportunity to ask any questions you have about your own cellar, bar, and equipment, ensuring your beer is delivered perfectly every time.
