Keg Masterclass
The Keg Masterclass is designed to be delivered in your own site. After booking, a qualified assessor/trainer will contact you to make an appointment to visit at a time and date convenient to you.
In addition to expert tutoring and hands-on training, the assessor will carry out a full bar and cellar hygiene audit with you, benchmarking you against the industry and leave an advisory action plan.
By the end of the course, attendees will:

- Know the importance of hygiene, temperature and stock control in the cellar
- Know the Best Before dates on delivery
- Understand the properties of dispense gas
- Know how to store dispense gas
- Know how to change a gas cylinder

- Know how to maintain the remote cooler
- Know the serve temperature of keg beer
- Know how to clean keg equipment
- Know how to dispense keg beer
- Understand and identify the causes of common faults with keg beer
