Line Cleaning Masterclass
The Line Cleaning Masterclass is designed to be delivered in your own site. After booking, a qualified assessor/trainer will contact you to make an appointment to visit at a time and date convenient to you.
In addition to expert tutoring and hands-on training, the assessor will carry out a full bar and cellar hygiene audit with you, benchmarking you against the industry and leave an advisory action plan.
By the end of the course attendees will:
- How often beer lines should be cleaned
- Know why beer lines should be cleaned every 7 days
- Know what Personal Protective Equipment should be worn when line cleaning
- Understand the properties of line cleaning chemicals
- Know how to measure out correct line cleaning chemical vs water
- Be able to clean cask beer lines
- Be able to clean keg beer lines
- Know how to check lines are fully clean
- Understand how to check chemical has been fully flushed from lines
- Know how to keep line cleaning records
- Understand COSHH and safe storage of chemicals
