Comprehensive 11-point Cellar Audit
We offer the Beer & Cellar Hygiene Audit (BCHA) as a standalone accreditation.
- This includes an annual visit from a Cask Marque expert who will carry out:
- – An 11-point cellar audit
- – Beer in glass quality check for up to 6 draught products
- – Serve and Pour check for up to 6 draught products
- Once complete your venue will be awarded a star rating.
- (If you are a Beer Marque or new Cask Marque member, you will receive a BCHA as part of your accreditation)
